1. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
• A 14% VAT is added in accordance with Egyptian law
• Quotations are valid for 10 days from the issue date
• Prices may change due to significant fluctuations in material or supply costs; customers will be notified before execution

2. Payment Terms

• 50% down payment is required to confirm the order and begin production/preparation
• Remaining 50% must be paid 3–5 working days before delivery
• Orders are confirmed only after receiving the down payment and approved sales order
